Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

1) Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product. Please provide
your order number & your email/registered phone number.(Click here)

2) You can exchange the same product for a different size or color, or choose another product from our website.

3) Sale Items and Accessories are not eligible for exchange/return.

4) The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

5) Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free pick-up of the product and deliver the replacement after receiving the returned item back to us.

6) Each product is eligible for one free exchange only. Requests for a second exchange on the same order will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

1) Items which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in its original condition are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.(Click here)

2) All refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer which can take up to 15 working days.

3) If an incorrect item is sent to you, we will replace it once the product is returned. Customers must accept the delivery before initiating a replacement.

4) If a shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse to accept the delivery and are advised to contact us immediately.

5) In case of an incomplete and defective product received, we will require a clear unboxing video (unpaused, uncut) of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.

6) Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes through, we will process your request accordingly.

7) Normally for returns, our delivery partner will collect the item from your delivered address; however, the reverse pick up charges will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable courier charges once we receive the product.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

1) Sale Items and Accessories.

2) Custom made or personalized products.

3) Minor color or texture variations due to screen settings.

4) Handcrafted (Chikankari) products may include slight irregularities, variations in design, minor imperfections, or loose threads. These are natural outcomes of the handmade process and will not be considered defects.

1) No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order
