2) Once dispatched from our end, your order will usually reach you within 4-5 working days.

3) Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

4) Special Custom made or personalized products takes 4-6 days to prepare after
placing order.

5) In rare cases of unavoidable delays, delivery may take longer. If this happens we will keep you updated regularly.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

6) COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are INR 200/- in addition to the product price.

7) NO COD for "Unstitched Elegance" Category and "The Luxury Edit-Nazzakat" Products

8) COD charges are non-refundable in case of exchange or returns.
