Returns Policy

1) Items which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in its original condition are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery. (Click here)

2) All refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer which can take up to 15 working days.

3) If an incorrect item is sent to you, we will replace it once the product is returned. Customers must accept the delivery before initiating a replacement.

4) If a shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse to accept the delivery and are advised to contact us immediately.

5) In case of an incomplete and defective product received, we will require a clear unboxing video (unpaused, uncut) of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.

6) Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes through, we will process your request accordingly.

7) Normally for returns, our delivery partner will collect the item from your delivered address; however, the reverse pick up charges will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable courier charges once we receive the product.

4) Special Custom made or personalized products takes 4-6 days to prepare after placing order.
